Turbanti Wood Burning Pizza Oven
- Wood burning ovens provide superior consistent quality pizza
- Turbanti have created a traditional oven that can be incorporated as a focal point in any restaurant
- The oven exterior can be finished to complement its surroundings
- Oven size is tailored to your individual site requirements
- Every oven is hand built, brick by brick, on site by skilled craftsmen
- Cooking base: made up of layers creating an insulated cooking surface 30cm deep
- Oven: constructed from refractory bricks & insulative cement
- Dome shape creates further insulation which gives the outer walls & dome top a thickness of approx. 45cm
- Once lit the oven operates at temperature upto 500º C
- Oven temperature will remain consistent once lit a Turbanti oven will take a week to cool down!
- Mulmar recommend the installation of a "SMOKI" air filter which is certified to meet the requirements of the 1993 Clean Air Act
