On Wednesday 6th December, we are delighted to welcome friends and partners, Jarr Kombucha to host their very first kombucha masterclass at our Leather Lane Tea Bar.

Learn about how to brew kombucha from JARR founder, Adam and take away your very own “starter” liquid to kickstart your first batch.
Kombucha is raw fermented tea. In its simplest form, kombucha is a blend of tea, water, sugar and a SCOBY (symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast). These ingredients are left to ferment in a warm environment for a period of time, leaving you with a delicious refreshing and nutrient dense drink.
JARR is a craft kombucha microbrewery and Europe’s first kombucha taproom, based in Hackney Wick, East London. We’re very proud to serve their original flavoured kombucha at our tea bar.
